George Telecom is a virtual solutions provider of customer service support. We contract agents from all over the United States to answer inbound calls from their own home office for very popular telecommunications, roadside assistance, cable providers, cruise lines, insurance, retail, and more. Our agents have the ability to service not only customers in the United States, but also international customers. George Telecom employs and partners with a diverse population that speaks over 25 different languages.
We are currently expanding our business and now accepting applications to service exciting new opportunities offered by our partner, Arise Virtual Solutions. We’re looking for college students, recent grads, military personnel and spouses, retirees, as well as full-time parents. You can work as little as 15 hours a week or as many hours as you please with most clients.
We pride ourselves in providing optimal service at minimal cost and producing outstanding results for all of our clients and their customers.
What Do We Do
Our contracted and employed home agents provide support via phone, chat, email, and fax. We provide Sales Support, Technical Solutions Support, Retention, Customer Care Services, and more.
